This makes really good pancakes & waffles for anyone who can't have wheat or gluten. The package doesn't list waffles but by adding just a little more liquid it worked really well in my waffle maker.

This item is not a "pack" of three but instead three bags lying loose in the box where they can be tossed around and have their tops forced open. Not only does the powder come out of the bag, but it also gets into everything else in the box that is not individually wrapped. In this case it was a book purchased as a gift that now has pancake powder in its seams. All three bags arrived opened and at least 2 ounces of the powder was lost from at least one bag. Have not weighed the other two yet as they have to be cleaned up before handling. I'm not the first to write about this problem, but apparantly Amazon doesn't read the reviews nor pass the information back to the supplier. Did try the recipe and found the pancakes to be tasty and easy to mix but will use considerably more liquid next time.
After adjusting the recipe, have found the end result to be extremely dry.

This is the best gluten free baking mix I have found. I can substitute it,and some xantham gum, directly for flour in all of my quick breads without anyone knowing the difference. However,I am not happy with how Amazon shipped this product. It was loose in the box and loose flower was in the box. In addition, UPS left the box on my steps in the rain and some of the flour got wet because it comes in a paper container. amazon should put the bags of flour in plastic bags or something before shipping and make sure that the bags are held in place in the box.

The pancakes were disappointing
compared to non-organic.
However, the muffins were better.
I also plan on using the mix as breading.
