Has anyone else noticed that the batter is WAY TOO THIN if prepared the way the directions tell you? I add almost 1/4c more mix than the instructions say. This makes the batter thicker, more like Biscuit batter, if you're familiar. Also, the pancakes puff-up nicely when you flip them; you can actually watch them rise! Very fluffy and light! But the runny batter makes these little disc-like cakes that just aren't satisfying. Also, this mix was just made "New and Improved". Yeah, not so much.... That's why it only gets 4 stars...
