These bars were tasty and quite chewy with what could be called the 'healthy' taste of goodness. I eat them, but my family won't.

Be warned, these things are very chewy and have little seeds and pieces of nuts in them, so maybe if you have dentures or something you should avoid them (I have braces and they can be a pain). But that doesn't stop me from eating them, they are delicious. I do not eat refined sugar and these things are an excellent treat. If you are used to Twinkies and super-sweet treats these will probably not satisfy your sweet tooth, but if you like natural and whole foods you can't miss with these bars.

My 5 1/2 year old son is on a very restricted diet, and these are a great treat for him! I am a big fan of treats with no refined sugar. These are quite sweet with lots of natural sugar, so still not something I would give as a normal snack - but great to have as an alternative to candy!

Great value for a tasty portable snack. No additives, no preservatives or colors or artificial flavors. Raw organic wholefood too - can't get better than that!
