I love these because they are the closest to GF cheerios I've found. They're not sweet at all, but they have a great texture and tons of fiber and other nutrition celiacs so often lack in their diets. It is expensive, but so are nasty cereals full of calories, sugar, or nasty bean flour mixtures. Its also a great break from corn and rice and is a true "whole grain." I really recommend these to celiacs, and others seeking a healthy alternative to the typical grocery-store fare.
Also, the shipping gets cheaper per unit once you find out what you like and buy it in bulk.

I don't know where Gamblor got his numbers from, but the nutrition facts for this product are 15g carbs and 9g fibre making it 6g net carbs per 3/4 cup serving. That's low-carb by anyone's standards.
