The gift of a real Hamburger March 3, 2010 jenna gibanski (Florida) I gave these buns to my brother in law as a gift. My sister said his eyes were as big as the buns when he saw his first hamburger on a bun in years. They said the wrapping was difficult to open but it kept the buns quite fresh. They BOTH loved the taste and she's going to start shopping at Amazon for her gluten free products.
Excellent but now too expensive January 27, 2010 CHARLES AMUYUNZU (Grosse Pointe Shores, MICHIGAN, US) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Ener-G Foods English Muffins, 14.8-Ounce Units (Pack of 6)
This is an excellent treat for those of us with Gluten sensitivity. However as with all gluten free bread, you must toast it.(Do not put it in the microwave for a few seconds). It is rather difficult to slice it into two equal halves for toasting but with a sharp knife it is possible.I have recommended it to several friends with this condition after I shared some of mine with them.
I have ordered my second supply. unfortunately, the price has gone up very significantly by more than seven dollars and I dont know if I will keep up with it.I plan to continue looking around (as always) for new and affordable products.
Gluten-free Hamburger buns September 26, 2009 H. Johnson (Northern Nevada middle of nowhere) I seen this online and ordered this since it was gluten free. I was impressed, It was almost like real flour and it held as long as you did not overload the burger with toppings
Hamburger buns for pizza crusts December 12, 2008 S. Seamon (Tennessee) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
These buns are thick. But have a good taste. They are not as soft as wheat buns, but in the gluten free world they do fine. My children love these as little pizzas which is my main use for them. I also make peanut butter and bananas for breakfast.
