3 out of 5 stars It will get you by if you can't have regular pizza   July 10, 2010
B. Thatner (Long Island)
This stuff is quite tasty, and gets the job done; but no one would ever mistake this pizza crust. Let me be clear, I bought a few of these and I'm very happy with the results. It makes a flavorful 'tray' to hold your sauce and fixings, but calling it pizza, only just. If you need to go gluten free, then this is better than any other I've tried. But if you're looking for a great new pizza crust, look elsewhere.

5 out of 5 stars Great!   July 9, 2010

I have found the pizza crust to satisfy my craving for pizza. I have not been diagnosed with a sensitivity to gluten, but found that I seem to feel better after staying away from it, so decided to just go gluten-free.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the Chebe pizza mix was so good. I have tried using the mix for rolls and I love that too, so I am definitely a believer in the Chebe products.

5 out of 5 stars Great gf option   April 6, 2010

This crust makes an awesome bbq chicken pizza. It's even better on the grill (green egg grill). The grill seems to cook it better on the pizza stone and gives it a nice crust, whereas it's still a little chewy in the oven. Either way, at least it makes pizza an option when gluten free.

4 out of 5 stars Our favorite GF Pizza dough   February 5, 2010
Chelle
This is a staple in my kitchen, and we eat pizza usually once a week. This dough takes some getting used to, it has a lot of seasoning added to it, which covers up the "it's not real dough taste" but it tastes great. I have never tried to make this without eggs, but I make it using just water and eggs and oil and it usually turns out pretty good. This is one of those things to have on hand though, it's really easy to make and you can use it for a variety of different things. For our dairy free pizza, we loaded it with sauce, fresh veggies, and some pepperoni...pretty good!
