My son loves this GF bread and we make Pizza from it all the time. It is now the only Pizza he will eat. My brother's kids all love this bread too. And yes, it is not quite a French Bread, but it is an excellent GF alternative to wheat bread.

I had to go 10 years without bread because of celiac and finally discovered this mix - the taste is fabulous and toasted it is just like an English muffin. I think that the texture is perfect and with a bread machine it is so easy to make. It has much more body than ordinary bread and makes great sandwiches. Try it!! It's a great product.

I have been eating gluten free for 5 years and this is the best bread I have found. It turns out great every time. I use a Kitchenaid mixer and a glass baking pan to make a large loaf. I slice it and freeze half. It tastes best toasted.
