I'm having trouble getting my 3 year old autistic son to eat anything, let alone gluten-free. I decided to get a pre-made mix and have him make it with me. It took him a little bit to pay attention, but he got pretty excited about the whole thing. And he actually ate it! It's a good tasting product.

This is just okay! Not the zing and wow I want in spice cake. I know that next time I make this I will definitely spice it up and see how that works. If not so well, they'll end up going on my local freecycle.

Wow! This mix is awesome as either a cake or cookies. It is one of the few gluten free products that you would never believe is "gluten free." We make it every weekend as a breakfast cake. Overall this is an excellent brand that my family has come to trust and depend on in living without gluten in our diets.

This spice cake mix is a winner! My teenaged son was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and we are looking for adaptations of his favorite foods. This tastes like "regular" spice cake--add some cream cheese frosting and you are good to go! We will continue to purchase this product.

This cake is so easy to make. I made ginger bread and what was left over I crushed and made crumbs for pie crust. Haven't had a chance to try, but I think it will do good in cheesecakes, and cream pies.
