I have been using this product almost a year, and it is excellent. I use a bread machine, but it is easily prepared in a conventional oven.

I have used this product before, and it makes a wonderful loaf of bread. But Amazon (or wherever it comes from) should really check expiration dates. While it's still in date now, I ordered 6 boxes and they all expire in 3 months! I don't bake bread THAT often, so I'm VERY disappointed, which is why I'm only giving it three stars.

This is truly a "favorite" of mine. It makes a wonderful gluten free sandwich bread. I have used it in a bread machine and also made it "by hand" in a regular oven. It is easy to use and comes out great every time.

This product is far ahead of prepared loaves of bread. It is as easy to prepare as a cake mix, providing you are using a bread machine with a Gluten-Free setting. The bread holds together for sandwiches and is not crumbly or dry at all. It is delicious!

Since I have been diagnosed with celiac Disease, I have tried numerous Gluten Free Bread mixes, and this by far the best. What you purchase already made is very dry and crumbles when you touch it.
