The perfect portion-control size... May 22, 2008 Boris & Natasha (Upstate NY, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love to make my grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with them. At first, I thought the size of the bread was too small, but they're perfect for portion control, and we ALL need that!
Awful!! March 10, 2008 Gail D. Tracey 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This bread is way too dry and crumbly to make a sandwich. I ended up crumbling the entire loaf and freezing for bread crumbs. Worse than rice bread. Take my advice, bake your own -- it's much better.
Holy cow how do you eat this bread?? January 9, 2008 Suzanne K. Mcdonough (nahant ma) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love natural bread, but this stuff is not edible and fell apart in the toaster. Never had something so bland in my life. Try another brand.!
Not quite what was expected December 17, 2007 Keith Macfarland (New Jersey) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've had tapioca bread at Disney that was soft and wonderful.. thought this would be the same.. its a bit stiffer, but tastes pretty good toasted with butter but still isn't quite as soft as I hoped it would be for sandwiches.
That said, its better than most rice breads I've had.

My son is allergic to wheat and eggs so we use a lot of Ener-G Foods. This bread is one of the best if you're looking for something that little ones will like to make PB&J or grilled cheese sandwiches out of.
