Don't know what it is about these, but I love 'em. I wasn't sure 'bout them at first, but they have an addictive quality ... crunchy at first, then they melt & dissolve in your mouth.
Tastes like cheese curds. As a Wisconsin native, all I can say is YUMMY!
But, four-stars, rather than 5 due to saltiness -- even the lower salt is a bit too salty.

I love these!!! Everyone with whom I have shared them agrees. They are so satisfying I eat at least a bag a day. I love the other crunchy cheese products but these are my favorite.
