Best gluten-free cookbook July 19, 2010 anonymous This is the fifth gluten-free cookbook I have purchased and is by far the best. It is nice to discover a gluten-free cookbook that was written by someone interested in making food that someone might actually want to eat! The instructions are clear, and the recipes are creative - not your typical boring and bland gluten-free food. I highly recommend this book.
New to Gluten Free Living July 1, 2010 wilbel (MURFREESBORO, TN, US) My mother recently learned she has to eat gluten free to stay healthy. She is someone who has always enjoyed baking. The information and recipes in this book have been helpful in allowing her to develop new ways to cook.
Top Notch Cookbook for Gluten Free July 1, 2010 Cessna The Book arrived in very good condition. It really has some good recipes in it.
Excellent recipes for the gluten-free diet June 25, 2010 Loves to Read (USA) This week alone, I have tried the Clam Chowder (excellent--especially the second day), Chicken Enchilada Casserole (very good), and the Basil Pesto Pecan Chicken Pasta (the name isn't exact, but close) which was incredible!!! The only change I made was using Quinoa pasta instead of brown rice. This is definitely a book worth getting if you're pursuing a gluten-free diet. I couldn't tell the difference in the recipes that I tried. Next on the list is the White Chocolate Strawberry Pie....should be good based on the other three recipes!
What a find! - Best gluten free cookbook! June 1, 2010 Carla M. Spacher (California, USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
No. 1: This is one of the few gluten free cookbooks written by a certified chef.
No. 2: Everything is superb!
No. 3: I can now make biscuits better than I could when I was on a gluten diet.
No. 4: A nutritionist was involved in its creation.
No. 5: It teaches you how to cook whether it is gluten free or not.
No. 6: It teaches you about the gluten free ingredients and its purposes.
What an easy decision. Buy this book! It has great recipes. I can't wait to try the pizza dough recipe!
I've been sharing this book on my blog and with my over 3400 Facebook fans and they love it, too!
