I use this book often and although it does help me find products that are gluten free, It still is NOT fool proof. Be-careful with the Walmart foods the book states are safe. I have found several, so far, that are not. STILL check your labels!!

This book is very well written and gives you a lot of choices of things to

to buy gluten free products.

4 out of 5 stars gluten free shopping   March 8, 2010

I found the book helpful. It's a lot to go through to look for a particular item, but it is catergorized well. It would be easier, of course, if it just had the stores locally that you shop at instead of "every store, everywhere," but I understand that is how it has to be.
